“Had to get a new hvac unit for my house. Talk with many companies went with you guys bc Ryan said my intake to the unit was to small 12×18 and they would open it up so wouldn’t put too much strain on the unit. Installation was great the guys that put the unit on awesome. I went to look at the intake and the hole is still 12 x 18. I voiced my concern with Ryan last week and I have not received any information back(complete darkness no call or text). Really worried bc Ryan said with the intake being that small it’s not up to code and put extra strain on the unit.”
