The person servicing our unit got it up and running but after he left we felt no cool air. Turns out he forgot to turn the disconnect back on on the outside unit. Thankfully, we figured it out on our own.
We did invest in a service plan and are cautiously optimistic it is worth the cost. Thanks again for coming out.”
“Our AC was not cooling. Called Hamstra at 7 am and by noon the repair person arrived! So happy and appreciative at the fast response. The unit needed a new capacitor, which was replaced on the spot! “Daniel arrived for our routine Heat Pump maintenance yesterday and found a tiny coolant leak in a small copper line. Otherwise everything else checked out fine since the unit is only 8 moths old. The leak was fixed the following AM, a new part installed, and Daniel went over the entire process with me so I could understand the work he completed. The job was done in less time than he estimated. He is patient, professional and answered all my questions making certain I understood his work, the parts, and things to look out for. Daniel, and everyone I’ve ever dealt with at Hamstra are equally professional. We have used Hamstra since 2013 and would not think of choosing anyone else.”
