“In the past 6 months I replaced (2) AC/Heating units with Hamstra. I dropped a pretty penny but my units were at 22 years old so I was due. All the folks we dealt with at Hamstra, starting with big John Sudback, Elizabeth in the office, the pre-install site team and then the actual install teams who do the work ALL were nothing but professional, positive and responsive. My sales person, John Sudbeck always was there for my endless questions and changes even when I would communicate with him on weekends. These days when often one cannot get a return phone call or you have to follow up on a continual basis…our experience with the Hamstra team was a breath of fresh air. Well run company — they get it!
